We provide the following professional services: Accounting and bookkeeping, Payroll management, Tax compliance and advice, Business and property due diligence, Company formation and registration, Support for autonomos and limited companies in Spain A full description of services is available on our website or upon request.
3. Engagement & Onboarding
Engagement is formalised once both parties agree to proceed via email, online form, or signed agreement. You may be asked to: Provide proof of identity (to meet anti-money laundering obligations)Complete a client questionnaire, Sign a service agreement or proposal, Pay an initial setup or engagement fee, where applicable. We reserve the right to decline an engagement at our sole discretion.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are quoted in EUR and may be subject to VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate. All invoices must be paid within the stated due date, typically 7 or 14 calendar days. Late payments may incur an interest charge in accordance with Spanish late payment law (Ley 3/2004). For ongoing services (e.g. monthly payroll or accounting), we may require direct debit or standing payment instruction. Custom pricing or packages will be outlined in your engagement letter or proposal.
5. Cancellations & Termination
‍Ongoing Services You may cancel monthly services with 30 days’ written notice. Final invoicing will include all completed work up to the cancellation date. One-Off Services: Once work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible. If you cancel before work has begun, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee. Termination by Us: We may terminate our services at any time due to: Breach of these Terms, Non-payment, Misuse of our services, Unlawful, fraudulent or abusive conduct
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, Respond to requests within reasonable timeframes, Comply with Spanish legal obligations (e.g. registering as an autónomo, submitting tax returns) Notify us of any changes to your business, contact details, or financial situation that may affect our services. We are not liable for missed deadlines or penalties caused by delays or omissions on your part.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not share it with third parties except: With your explicit consent, Where required by law or regulation, With professional service providers under strict confidentiality terms (e.g. legal counsel, tax authorities)
8. Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with applicable standards. However, we do not accept liability for: Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, Delays caused by third parties (e.g. banks, tax offices, notaries)Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or reputation, Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.
